CHRISTIAN BARKER

Founding Partner  

Twice named one of Billboard’s Top Music Attorneys, Christian has built his career at the intersection of art and law. A lifelong music lover with an entrepreneurial spirit, he studied at Stetson University College of Law determined to merge his passion for creativity with the structure of business and legal strategy. After beginning his legal career in 2012, balancing artist management with solo practice and later serving in top law firms, Christian founded Christian Barker & Co. in 2023 to create a space where creatives could access both legal counsel and broader career-building support. Known for thinking like both an artist and a strategist, he bridges the gap between creative vision and sustainable business. Christian is driven by helping good people make meaningful work and turning that work into viable, long-term careers. With major record deals, catalog sales, and career-shaping negotiations behind him, he remains committed to meeting creatives where they are and elevating their art.

ISABELLA KAUFMAN

Associate Attorney 

Isabella is an associate attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of creative professionals and bringing clarity to complex legal issues. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2025, where she distinguished herself. During law school, she advanced to the semi-finals in Moot Court and was named to the 2023 Order of the Barristers. She competed nationally as an oralist on the ABA National Moot Court Team and held key leadership roles, including Committee Chair for the Women’s Caucus and student representative to the Dean’s Committee on Student Affairs. Isabella also clerked for a Circuit Court Judge in Tennessee’s 16th Judicial District, gaining valuable experience in judicial decision-making and trial practice. Her commitment to service included completing over 100 pro bono hours, earning the GOOD Pro-Bono Award. She was also nominated for IU McKinney’s Elite 50 recognition. Isabella brings this blend of advocacy skill, and client-centered focus to her work at the firm.

KLEA SIROIS

Creative Coordinator

Klea is the firm Creative Coordinator. She supports both the firm and its clients through a diverse range of marketing and communications initiatives. Known for her discipline, creativity, and strategic mindset, Klea brings a rare combination of business expertise and elite athletic experience to her role. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Stetson University before earning her MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham during her final season as a NCAA Division I beach volleyball athlete. In addition to being a two-time conference champion, an All-Conference Tournament Team honoree, and the winningest player in a single season in the program’s history, Klea distinguished herself academically and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society, the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement, and was  named to the 2024 Academic All-ASUN Team. Klea’s blend of creative talent, academic excellence, and high-performance athletic background makes her a dynamic and valuable contributor to the team.

BRITTANY DEBITY-BARKER

Director of Financial Operations

Brittany, Ed.D., is the firm’s Director of Financial Operations, bringing over seventeen years of experience in financial oversight, compliance, and organizational systems management. She oversees the firm’s budgeting, financial workflows, internal controls, and client-service operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Her leadership is rooted in building efficient, scalable systems that support high-quality service and operational clarity. Before joining the firm, Brittany led statewide programs for the Tennessee Department of Education, managing budgets, compliance, and risk-management processes for seven nonprofit organizations. Her earlier work directing higher-education financial-aid operations strengthened her expertise in regulatory processes, audit readiness, and systems design. Brittany holds a Global Executive Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California. She is known for building efficient, mission-aligned systems that support exceptional service and operational excellence.
